My economy is a basketcase??

Hihis.. Anyways.. i new.. and my economy has gone from developing, to struggling, to basketcase.. does this mean its falling apart or going stronger.. with the other two its easy to see if im losing ground or gaining.. but.. with economy its alot harder.. is their a lst of the levels somewhere??
I mean personally.. I *AM* a basket case.. and i like being like that.. but.. here.. is that good or bad??

For the issue "Reclaim the Streets!" pick option 3;
For the issue "[insert name here] workers strike!" pick option 2
For ths issue "Software Giant Stomps on Competition" pick option 1
Basically, pick whichever option is the most pro-business or involves cutting spending; next time you get an issue, I can help you out.
