I am new here (2 days new) and I still don't know how to play.

1) How can I start a war???
2) Do you need a UN delegate in your region??
3) Can you begin a region?? If so, do you need a UN delegate to begin one??
4) Can you join forces with another country in any way??

1) Wars are role-played in the NationStates and International Incidents forums. The pinned threads there will give you much more information than I can about how to do it.

2) No, but it's recommended for security and greater UN clout.

3) To start a region, click the the "Move to a new region" link on your region's page and then click "Create a New Region" (or just click here (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=create_region)). You don't have to be in the UN, or need a Delegate to do this.

4) That's a rather hard question to answer - could you be more specific?

I mean, joining forces, merging countries as in e.g. Larogera, and two other countries... could we join forces???
