I've banned cars, and made TV have strict ethnic quotas (which brought civil rights down from 'few' to 'rare' and switched by catergory from Conservative Democracy to Tyranny by Majority)

How would I unban cars and realease stress on TV stations? Would I just wait for an issue to come up complaining about these laws?

I know for a fact that there is an issue on the banning of cars, which allows you to reverse your decision.

As for the TV quotas, I reckon you'll just have to wait for that issue to come up again.
