a bunch of UN countries enter a region and endorse one of them so they get the delegate position, this way u control the delegate.

It used to be the only way you could wage War in the game,
it was invented by a group of naitons I was associated with and myself
yousee at teh time everyone was whining and griping
and there were topics like this
[violet] WE DEMAND YOU INSTITUTE WAR
with an argument inside explaining that the game needed a way to wage war other than RP.
well myself and the others figured out how to give the game War, invading and taking over the regional delegates seat, it was really effetive and originally it was a pretty good mimic for war in a game with none,
well it wasnt long till teh RPers, the Very people who were demanding War started demanding something be done about us, and the copycat groups who sprang up.
it culminated in the travesty in all manners we now have.
I really dont feel like going further into my views of how the "Curious Institution" has developed, and what it has become today, only that Im not pleased.
