I am Neo England of the founder of 'Scroll Islands'.

If you only want a region to talk about anything, without ejection, then again the 'Scroll Islands' are present.
We are currently looking for active members, UN or not, to join us, not for numbers, not for power, but for company and friendship.
Whatever you may need, I will personally promise that we have it, or will try and make allowances for it.
At the moment, we are 135 nations strong, most of which are active, there is bound to be someone there to help you for whatever you may desire.
