I have recently found a good image for a custom flag. but since it is not 107 x 71 pixels in size, i cant set it as my flag. how do i change the size? and, how to i edit the picture so that it says akaviir on it? pleas ehelp me.

Actually, you can, as long as it's under 6kb. Don't worry about the size...it's not a restriction :P Even if it says it is.

You need to resize it by opening it into a decent image editing program like paintshop pro or Adobe photoshop and reszing it to the desired size. Then using a text tool, type whatever you want on it and save it as a .jpg file.

well, first i have to find a different picture because it is way over 6 kb. but i was an awesome picture. thanks anyway.
