1. people can't actualy get any money for sale money, there is no ACTUAL exchange of money, it all RP

2.As for civil rights and economy those are determinde based on the answers that you choose for you issues.

I think he was asking how do you know if someone else puts you on THIER dossier. Well, you can't, unless they tell you. But it likely won't matter either way.

My advice to you is look through the "Sticky" threads, there should be one that should answer most of your questions. Check the International Incidents forum as well.

It maens that your nation can be inactive for up to 60 days without getting deleted, use it if you're going on holiday
