The Oceanic Security Agency under the leadership of one of the founders of the ADN has declared war on the ADN.

As the great war between the Entente and ADN winds down from a "blitzkrieg to now a sitzkrieg", as one Kaiser put it, most participants have gotten discouraged. Activity in the war is going down, and our very own SeattleNews Death-Meter© is predicting lower body counts by the hour. Luckily for of us war watchers out there, we're finally getting somewhere
For those who remember our day-seizing story on the ADN-OSA split -featuring information never even revealed on sources outside of SeattleNews- ADN co-founder Phoenix threatened the ADN would have another enemy to be at conflict with if the ADN did not cease certain activities. An OSMilitary with similar numbers to the ADN's was revealed, and allusions to an attack on Alcatraz region were also made. In fact, agents of the OSA are already said to be in key locations throughout the nationstates world right now on 'high alert' status for such a conflict. In another black mark for diplomacy at the ADN State Department, shortly before noon today Seattle time OSA Founder Tao Wrathborne of the Dominion of Neo Pengina (also known as simply 'Phoenix') announced this declaration of war between the Oseanic Security Agency and Alcatraz region. The Oceanic Security Agency Declaration of War Against Alcatraz
As founder of the OSA, it is my duty to announce that a state of war now exists between the OSA and the region of Alcatraz, a former member of this organization and alliance. It is a sad day indeed, as diplomatic talks could not lead to a cease-fire agreement. Hostilities were inevitable after the OSIntelligence Agency flushed out several spies who claimed to be part of the Alliance Defense Network. After a thorough investigation, it was revealed that Vazquez gave the final order for a surveillance package on his own friend and longtime ally. This was unacceptable.
After much debate, the council has voted in favor of a formal declaration of war against Alcatraz. Today I have ordered the mobilization of the entire OSMilitary. In drastic times, we will take equally drastic measures to ensure the safety of the Trinity provinces and OSA satellite regions, and therefore will attack Alcatraz territories immediately in hopes of wiping out their military in one fell swoop. Our new allies across the Nation States world have recognized the hostilities and believe this is a just cause. Residents of the OSA protected regions believe now is the time to take a stand against tyranny. We will not sit idly and watch our sovereign rights being stripped away by “big brother.”
If the Alliance Defense Network in turn sees fit to impose their will on former friends, I will have no choice but to prepare another declaration of war. I personally believe there is no need for A.D.N. involvement in a personal matter. Though feelings between us have soured in their own right, the OSA will remain neutral in all acts of aggression brought against the A.D.N. if the Imperial Germany-led cease-fire falls apart.
To the United States of Vazquez I say this: a force of arms will not defeat the OSA. Upon the terms of surrender, we shall return Alcatraz to you and only ask that you honor the victors by publicly stating defeat and flying the OSA flag over your region.
I am sorry it has come to this day my old friend.
