Suggestion regarding RPing in International Incidents forum

There are plenty of RP wars on the International Incidents, including those involving massive alliances.
I was wondering, we could make this conflicts more meaningful, is something really happened to the particular nation as a result of the RP war. For example, I know moderators have the power to delete a nation. If a nation RPs and loses in a war (losing all territory), then the moderator should delete that nation.
On the other hand, there should be one moderator allotted to each war, so that he can devote entire attention (and make sure no God-modding) during that particular conflict.

It's a rough thought. What about giving the nation to the winner? Randomize a password and TG with it. It's still altering gameplay in a way. So i don't think so... To make a long story short, it should be JUST between the participating nations.

Theres many many problems with this, the main one that comes to mind straight off is that people will get puppet nations in to help fight, which basically means that it will be easy to delete a nation.

Also deleting a nation should be a punishment, in this case if the nation was deleted, then it would be a punishment for not being good enough either RP'er or having a good enough army.

Another problem is that with actual cheating and that going on, the moderators just wont have enough time to mediate RPs

these are just a few of the potential problems
