What is your nations flag and for what reasons did you choose it?

Vostokoslavias flag is the russian flag with a double headed eagle on it.

White=God
Blue=The Tsar
Red=The People

God is above everybody and the Tsar is above the people. The Eagle is a sign of the Romanov house.

I chose my flag because it looks cool 8) and it's the Russian navy flag :D

Well being Neo England and all, the English flag had to be in there somewhere to make sense, the little crest on it is actually something to do with 'new age', this I found randomly on the net and thought, hey this with the English flag could go well, and hey since early months last year, it has been my little proud creation :D

It was a fairly obvious choice considering the concept on which the nation is based.
The Clanger pictured is actually a representaion of the mysterious ancient ruler who led the Clanger race to Earth.

The Crossed hammers in the top left are the symbol for my nation. I intended the hammers to add a socialist theme to my flag. The mountain is Korok peak, Polok's highest mountain which is religiously important in my nation (plus it looks good :) )

The Anarchist Red and Black with a Russian letter, Ж, on it. The Red and Black because it is the closest to my philosophy, and the letter

a) looks cool (imo)
b) Is the first letter of my surname (disclaimer, I don't know Russian but on Babel fish it is a capital J)

Originally, Skeelzania started out with Angola's flag, simply because it looked cool and went with the whole Principality feel. After awhile I began fiddling with the arangements, and eventually ended up with my current flag:

(Bare in mind that Skeelzania is a space nation)
Black: Uncivilized and unordered space
Red: The fleets of Skeelzania projecting out into that space, bringing order
The Fist: Symbol of the Grand Prince's will
White: Aesthetic reasons

The Grand Seme of the Colony of Homocracy designed this flag around the notion of a radiant pink triangle, a symbol of homosexuality, the trait shared by all of our great nations governing class.

Our national animal, the ettin, was considered for a symbol, however, it was decided that a simpler symbol would be more economical and *OOC* realistic.

You can create a flag using MSPaint or other system to upload through the My Settings screen. The limits, off the top of my head, are 107 by 71 pixels. Also, keep it simple, there is a strict size limit.

I found this image online at a political site, fell in love with it, and decided to use it to represent the fact that my citizens are wrapped in in their country; just like Americans are wrapped up in there own.

thats what it says in the original. "from th game republic: the revolution." I just liked the pic and made some stuff up.

I don't know how to post it, and I'm too lazy to look it up, so if you want to see it, just view my nation.

I basically stole it from LOTR, and had someone modify it a bit, but for Callisdrun it has its symbolism.
The dark blue is Callisdrun's national color. The tree represents Yggdrasil, the world tree, and the stars are symbols for Callisdrun's eternal night (during the winter the sun does not rise and during the spring summer and fall the sky is almost always filled with dark rainclouds). The embroidery to either side of the tree are runic representations of castles, of which there are many in Callisdrun. The lighter color along the edge is purely for aesthetics.

I chose mine because it has my name on it :shock:

Note : Original image was a proto-type image for the G-Man in Half Life 2, I * think * , I simply stuck it in my Ulead photo-edit software which I oddly find better then the usual programs, no plug there, its just PSP 6 gives me a head-ache, after all the trouble I went to, " aquire " it ... any-way, and played with it, the usual, tone, blur/sharp, reduce size, fiddle, fiddle, fiddle. And now ? The Blu-Man !

My nations flag is the Vatican's flag and I chose it because I am a Catholic.

Started with the Greenland flag and then basically redid it both in colour and some extra bits. (It's also an additional clue to revealing the meaning of my nation name and motto...)

The Lunadarian flag is basically the Turkish flag, but with a navy background. I chose the Turkish flag because it includes a moon, and the Lunadarians are a moon oriented society. I made the background navy so that the flag would look even more like the night sky.

I've been using the triquetra as a personal symbol for a couple of years now, the diagonal stripe is 'cause I liked it, and the colours are Slytherin colours for the same reason as the stripe. :)

Being a pug fan, i decided to have a pug as a flag :)

I chose the Canadian flag because

(A) I am Canadian, so... heh.
(B) I couldn't find a purtier one ;D
(C) I know this flag. It makes me feel all warm, fuzzy, and patriotic inside.
