A few forums up on your screen from this one are the NationStates and International Incidents forums, where you can declare wars via roleplay. Income tax is raised/lowered by answering issues. You can also join the UN and get involved in the UN and regional politics.

If you really want to dive right in, trying heading into the NationStates and Interntional Incidents forum and role-play various scenarios for your country.

I second what Crazy girl said: Roleplay is something you can do on your own, Gameplay is more of a team thing ... there's an analogy with something else, but it escapes me ... :lol:

You need to find an active region, of either invaders or defenders. Have a look at this thread and choose:
