i read the recruiting forum topic and people kept saying that it is stupid for regions with very few nations to try and recruit more. My question is, then how does a small region recruit more people if no one will want to join them if they are small? Because i just started a new region and I have no clue how to recruit people for it.
Thanx for the help

Don't worry about the current size of your region, follow those guidelines and you should be fine. I built up a region from nothing to almost 100 nations in about three months.

Create one message that you can just copy and paste ove and over. Then send them to newer coutries in The Pacific, The West Pacific, The East Pacific, The South Pacific, and The North Pacific. To find newer countries, look at the regional happenings for countries that have been founded. Then just send them your message. Make sure you only advertise to newer countries, since older ones don't like to be bothered by pesky recruitment messages. Also, make sure you don't recruit in any of the player created regions. I'm pretty sure thats advertising, which will bring the wrath of the mods upon you.

The best way to recruit is via telegram. As long as you don't send more than one to any nation, new or old, (for now) you are safe.
It has worked well for my region, which is now nearing 70 members and been in existense for less than two months.

Well, Dont spam the Pacifics, sure advertise there ocassionally, but if they are obviously talkng on the board then dont place an ad, all that willhappen is they will talk to rush your message off the baord.
and post there once every few days, if they see your messages there EVERY time they log in (DEN has gotten bad about it lately as well as those who dont like them) then they will start reporting you for spam.
also, if you are nice to the delegates, then when the see someong who may like your region they will recommend it to others, who may wnat to go there.

Recruiting the odd 80 nations myself i have a bit of advice,
Get a good, regional telegram, informative and gives info about your region. Not just "Join my region!!! AND WE WILL RULE THE WORLD"
Make your region do something, or target a certain group of people, this will get more nations.
Good Luck,
