Can Delegates boot other nations?

If I have regional control available to the delegate, can they boot other nations in the region?

Yes although they can also boot a founder but he still has reigonal controls where ever he is.

Be weary of booting nations from a region as delegate, however, because booting large numbers in that position is against the rules in some cases.

I wouldn't advise booting a founder. As they can always access regional controls they will just unban themselves and boot you out. And I will second Tuesday Heights warning on booting out people. Typically if you are booting out more than 10% of a region then you are doing something wrong, and if you are not a region native (ie you invaded and took delegacy in that way) you must immediately unban any natives you boot out.

Basically whatever the Delegate does in the regional controls, the founder can undo them from ANYWHERE in the game
