Regional recruitment telegrams illegal?
I was alerted by a moderator that regional recruitment telegrams were illegal. I never knew this, and I have been playing since like, 6 months ago. I never knew that those t-grams were illegal. Can someone explain?

Quite honestly I didn't know that either, although I've never believed in them. That said I have a new region called ADD Accelerated Downward Drop with a forum and hopefully a website very soon if I can ever find a good server. Do you mean posting in regional message boards? If so, I believe the only legal places to do that are the pacifics and the rejected realms, and then only once per day.

I was slapped for sending telegrams out! I asked for an explanation as to where it said that was illegal but no response was given. I'm not looking for Noobs to join my region, Just experienced contributers, how I am supposed to get in touch with them if I can't TG them? I just don't understand it... And it bothers me that that is going to be on my record now

If you were spamming them with more than one TG, then, that is illegal.

Nope, 1 personalized telegram each to individually selected nations. Got a summons from the moderators and was told if i did it again i'd be deleted
