Now I've been around a long time(over a year, under different nations). This is the first time ANY of my nations have been on the top ten for ANYTHING, let alone three days after they were created.

Yeah, its easy to participate in a goverment when you don't have one.
Heh, that was exactly what happened to me, a few months ago, with this nation. I'm an older nation too, and my main nation only got 33rd as the highest ranking ever.
However, I think I can beat that - try fourth in the world, lol.

With some of the rankings it's actually EASIER to get a high ranking when you're smaller.

Qaaol's puppet was 1st, Dover City as i remember. I recruited a guy who is 4th or 5th in the world for something. In fact i recruited him twice. 8)
Nearly three bil, and have yet to get in the top ten for anything.
