The South Oceanic Autonomous Region is a powerhouse of personal freedom and economic growth, while promoting a strong military presence extending across land, air, sea and space to deter potential hostiles. The S.O.A.R. is a heavy promoter of Space exploration and alternative energy sources, placing heavy funding on new industries and Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) Programs. Free thinking governments with the welfare and freedom of the citizen in mind are welcome, while despotic and tyrannical governments are vehemently opposed. Based in the Beautiful South Pacific Ocean, and comprising an area of 950,000 square miles, bordered by lush tropical Reefs, and nearly 90,000 islands, the South Oceanic Autonomous Region is the next step forward to a bigger, better and brighter future.
