yeah im new, so sorry for the probably stupid question, but i keep seeing people selling stuff on the forum, but i cant see anything about buying or selling things in the faq or anything on the main site
is this just some forum thing that doesnt actually affect the game?
how does it work?

Read the stickies in the NationStates and International, check out the region "Role Play Academy" and repost this thread there.
Also read the stickies and announcements in all the other Forums.

they just make it up for role playing, i think there is some formula based on population and tax, but im not sure
