As I write this, my nation has a flat tax of 1%. I'm very interested in using upcoming issues to get it even lower. Is this even possible? Has anyone ever had a negative tax rate?

We'll pretend you didn't ask the last question, but yes, you can get lower than one percent, a truly capitalist nation: No income tax.
