how do u attack people and buy weapons
Attacking is a relatively simple matter, although for a new nation like yourself I wouldn't recommend it.
Steps:
1- Declare war on target in International Incidences and give reasoning. Make sure the reasoning is good or many people may gang up on you or flame you (call you obscene things and such).
2- Within the same post, declare what you are attacking with. However you cannot say that your forces destroyed theirs, overran their nation ect. For this factor to come along, they must post what their casualties were, probably followed by a counter-attack.
3- Notify the person you are attacking via telegram.
4- If they do not respond to the post in a reasonable amount of days, something like 3-4, I usually assume that my troops completed their objective and issue another attack. This is rare, but it happens sometimes.
5- Hopefully if they are a good RPer, they will accept it and post their thoughts/actions instead of ignoring you.
Buying weapons-
There are numerous stores throughout the International Incidences forum. To purchase them simply go into the thread and read the info on the product. Post that you would like some and they will make you an offer. Keep track of your military/weapons on a letter document so you can keep track easily.

I like to sneak up behind them with a Shiv, or some sort of shank, sometimes a small brick in a old sock, and just let loose on them.
