Just a simple question is it possible to change the founder of a region though the mods(of course) or must the region be scratched and started over? I'd like to create joint control of a region if it's feasable.

Mods do not change foundership upon request. If you wish for a different nation to be founder, you'll have to re-create the region.

if you want a joint control thing you would need one as delegate and one as founder...
