The Isle of Ular is a small, developing region, a peaceful island where socially progressive nations may develop in peace without needing to deal with the more corrupt outside world. Upon entering, nations must swear an oath not to use military force unless invaded and not to engage in trade with countries other than those in the same region.
If you are interested in joining, send a telegram to Nupax. Parliment will then make an informed descion on whether or not to admit your nation.
