Hello there!
I am Administrator Jean-Francois Cotê, leader of the The Dominion of Capitus.
My country, a small, hard-working, economy-oriented tough land of about 5 million people, has, as we like to believe, the best civil rights in the world. We're very peaceful, and have massive welfare programs, not to metion one of the top public education and health systems in the world. We were founded back in 1992 by Mïkaél Húrdon, with the name Capitus promoting what we do best: capital. Our currency is the Maximus for the reason: to maximize our potential. And, like our national animal the Phoenix, even in the worst of times emotionally and finacially, we rise out of the ground to resume full flight.
This great dominion belongs in the Trading Arctic Republics:
The Trading Arctic Republics is a group of cold, yet exciting republics that dot the Arctic Circle. The Trading Arctic Republics (TAR) have powerful economies, and manage to have have some of the best civil rights in the world. The TAR member countries have free trade between them, and their borders are nearly always open. Drug trade and organzied crime are major problems, but the goverments often don't want to deal with them as they bring up to $10 trillion annually to the economy. The countries are generally peaceful. The Arctic Stock Exchange has over 6,000 compinaies traded with a combined worth of nearly $400 quadrillion. With their strong economies, vibrant life, and excess of civil rights, the Trading Arctic Republics include some of the better nations in the world.
We would like to make alliances, and if any qualifying members would like to join the TAR , please do!
