I have succeeded in outlawing all civil rights, but how do I ban all political freedoms in my nation? I have teetered on "Rare" for a long time now and cannot seem to snuff out that last bit of freedom.

Because there are fewer issues affacting political freedoms, it's almost as hard to get them to "outlawed" as it is to get them to "corrupted". Choosing to not privatize the gold finds in "Diving for @@CURRENCY@@" drastically lowers PF though,

Some people like being evil dictatorships and deliberately tormenting their people. It's not like our people are real after all.
Besides, we have people like that in real life.
