We are seeking to improve our policing ability and want to trade for arms to defend ourselves in the event of our pissing some nation off....which will happen. A world dominated by Warrior Penguins is on the verge of happening!
New to this forum and a little help would be appreciated.
We wish to buy arms such as military aircraft and Ships of war of all sorts!

So, do you mean you want better police and infantry technology or better tanks, aircraft, and/or ships?

Yes..we have a weak police force and I don't know about a military force that we may or may not have.
I would like to protect our nation with the possibility of war with nations in our area that do not share our philosophy!

My police force is also pretty weak. We have a high mortality rate and thus leading to high crime rates. If anyone can help me extinguish the crime in my country, I'd be very appreciative.
