I am adressin the UN because it is an environment conducive of discussion. I want my announcement heard. I have founded the Armed Empire of Martial Demand and I am here to educate the people of its purpose.
Countries have always sought power; through barabaric means of war or through underhanded means of economics. But now, that is all changed.
The Armed Empire of Martial Demand is an area where all countries compete for power in a series of Gladitorial Matches held each year. Each match is judged by me. The champion country receives my endorsment and a small tax tribute from the other countries for the year.
This is how power is meant to be sought. True strength is revealed, but lives are not needlessly lost.
