Beware the Flag Thief!

*takes a drag on a cigarettte*
You thought it was all fun and games, didn't you? Some antics from a strange nation with a quirky little theme. If only you knew the truth...
The Flag Thief is not merely interested in flags. Oh no. The Flag Thief is a cunning battle signal. A marker, indicating to some army or armies vunerable targets for invasion. A signal so simple, so devious and so cleverly coded, you wouldn't expect it, would you? But notice how mayhem follows everywhere the Flag Thief goes. I'm not the first to notice, but no-one else has connected the dots.
The Flag Thief brings pain and suffering. Why else would that very nation guard their true identity so carefully? You are compelled to wonder just how far this conspiracy goes. Who is the Flag Thief? And how long could you expect to survive once you know?

I want that flag thief to pay my region a visit, and see how well he does bringing pain and suffering...

It would be hard for the flag Thief to sow discord in The Outer Solar System. I own 3/4 of the countries in there.
I think the flag theif would have trouble invading Caelus (heaven). Deus Pater (God the Father) has it password-protected, UN delegate power is banned, and it was just created a couple of hours ago.

You fear the flag thief? LOL!
And trouble and dischord - they've invaded the North Pacific twice now, and all it brings is amusement.
(Altho' they did steal Twoslit's flag, and he's no longer delegate...) :?

Ah, yes, a mystery it is indeed...
For if you add it all up...
[code:1:e16a5e2e93]
F L A G + T H I E F 2
6 12 1 7 + 20 8 9 5 6
26 48
[/code:1:e16a5e2e93]
48-26=22!
If you partage it by 2 (The last un-used number of Flag Thief), you end up with 11.
11, the fourth un-even prime number.
And guess what... 11 - 4 = 7
Yes, seven, the mysterious number...
Flag Thief is related to Forum 7!

well if he had such plans to invade my region he's quite slow...isnt he?
i personally think that the prospect of someone doing somthing for pure fun and enjoyment, with out any thought of personal gain scares people so they made up this conspiracy....just my 2 cents

No, no, it's not a conspiracy, it's true!
You've seen my explanation!
And there's more!
Our flag was stolen at the Mermaid Day Parade at Coney Island, Brooklyn, NY in June of 2002. Maybe it was an accident but it's time to do the right thing and return our flag. Help us catch the thief. This was original artwork created by one of our members. This flag is very dear to us and we want our flag back. Any info leading to the return of our flag will be rewarded handsomely with an HMB CD and a T-shirt. Thank you for your support. Let us know if you can identify this character... Flag Thief?
All of the numbers in the text...
2 0 0 4 4 9 3 3 1/4 1/4 1/4 2 2 0 0 2 5 1 1 9 9 9
Combine all the numbers exact the 1/4 (they're not a full number). You get... Yes! 65! Is the conspiracy becoming clearer?
6 + 5 is 11! Yes, 11. If you now use the 1/4... 11 - 4 = 7! Yet again, we get towards Forum 7.
However, there is another way.
1/4 + 1/4 + 1/4 = 3/4
3 and 4... Guess how much 4^2 - 3^2 is... 7!
I rest my case.
Aart and Smoking Man, the Conspiracy Gang!
*begins to wonder if Aart has some sort of script for extracting the number 7 out of random strings...* :?
Or maybe the whole universe is just in on the forum 7 cover-up conspiracy...
Wait .. thats it! The existance of forum 7 is a prerequisite to everything else in the universe!

Ah, yes... The whole universe...
Now let us think about everything. The number that perhaps makes almost no difference at all, might be the most important number at the same time. If our universe was created, this number must have been made to deceive us. Yes, I am talking about... 1.
Now, as you all know, the answer to the most important question in the universe, is 42.
Nobody knows the question.
4 + 2 = 6
Add up the most insignificant number ever: 1
You end up with SEVEN!

[code:1:6a1085acae]S o w i l l I!
19 15 23 9 12 12 9[/code:1:6a1085acae]
Equals up to 99.
The exclamation-sign, the 27th letter of the alphabet...
99 - 27 = 72...
Aha, suspicious.
Let's see... 42 was the answer, right?
72 - 42 = 30
Ah, yes...
But let's go back to that number 72.
7 - 2 = 5
30/5 = 6
Ah, yes... Just a tiny little digit to add... 1
6 + 1 = 7
Aanmericaa is in on it!
Get him!
