I would personally recommend asking for help with figuring it out from scratch instead of using that GDP "calculator" I personally like NiK of The Damned People's system.

Newbie here, and a confused one. How do determine your econ rating if your nation description doesn't tell you the the number of wealthy in your population or what their tax rate is, just that they are taxed at a higher rate. Are there assumptions to tease these numbers out that everyone uses?
