doesn't sound all that inviting for sustainablists or even accumulationists. might be a nice vacation spot for excitementists of a more belligerent bent, at least from the sound of the name of it.
just historicly how the term axis has been used.
if that's your intent then as above.
if you're idea is something a bit mellower you might simply call it the something or another hub or hub of something or other.
axis sounds like either a chip on its sholder or an attempt at satirising the accusation of having one.
