OK short and sweet:

1) When your nation finds Uranium does that mean you can begin to RP towards nuclear capabilities or will that opportunity present itself later?

2) Is there a way to boost your economy outside the realm of daily issues?


and lastly...


3) I have seen 5% used as a fair estimate of what a nation's army should be, does that apply also to nations with compulsary military service? And if so what would you think would be a fair estimated percentage for the national law enforcement?

#1 and #3 are RP questions, so they depend on who you RP with. That also means I don't have the slightest idea, since I don't RP. However, for #2, UN resolutions can boost your economy, too, but other then those and issues there is no way to boost it.

Thanks. By Resolutions do you mean simply participating in voting for or against current UN resolutions?

By resolution, I mean a proposal that makes it to vote and gets passed.

If you are in the UN and a resolution is passed, regardless of how you voted on it it affects your country. Resolution types like free trade will boost your economy, while environmental ones will hurt it. Most types don't affect it, though, and issues are the fastest way to change any stat by far.
