Hi, I know very little about the forums so forgive me if this is in the wrong place. I have a little querie that I hoped somebody here could help me with. If I take a region of 35 people, how many could I kick out before it is considered griefing? I know 40 percent is the guideline but different rules apply to different regions. Can somebody help me out?

There is no set rule, and the mods won't draw a line in the sand. Just play it safe, only kick out people that you need to and be sure to unban them instantly.

Don't forget to distribute the password, if you use one, too.
