My country is in trouble. We have not many people who want to be educated. What should i do?

Hmm not too sure, Im not sure if there are any Education based issues, if a mod will get back to me I will write and submit a few education ones.

There are a lot of issues that raise your education. Unfair tax burden, let people decide where the money goes. Budget time, give money to education. Hukd on Fonix, more funding to education. Tykes with Tools, outlaw child labor. Board of Education, more money to education... and so on.
Basically whenever the word "education" comes up along with "funding," chose that issue. You'll get them eventually.
