Since a llama's average body temperature is considerably higher than that of a squirrel's, I'd say squirrels are the cooler nation animal.

Well Squirrels can climb trees, llamas can fall out of trees. Llamas can spit in your eyes though....but squirrels are hyper....hmmm....I guess it's a draw.

llamas. They can make you hurl with their bad hot breath. Squirrels are useless. We can't eat them. Plus all they do is try to act cute. While really they are evil bloodsucking no good sharp clawed animals.

More squirrels or no, they will never be able to rally to a common cause against llamas - llamas will reign victorious always.
Llamas may produce more excrement, but they are naturally house-trained. Not to mention far more intelligent than a squirrel.
And can you shear a squirrel to make a sweater?
Llamas drool and munch on grass. They are lowly pack animals.
Squirrals are resourceful, quick-witted, fast, and just plain cute! :D
