We have 9 members right now in the region of San Francisco-- okay, but the more the merrier. We run the game loosely: you play by any rules you want, including a hostile takeover, but you can't kick anyone out (mean, and it makes a takeover too easy) or act like a jerk (because that's obvious). Break either rule and I boot you, but otherwise go nuts.
