A larger population does not mean older. I've had one issue per weekday for the longest time, as oppossed to four issues a day for others. :)

At any rate, they have to post here to confirm a date, but Josifovich looks relatively young.

Population rapidly increases: The famous (and much coveted) 'population bug' is actually the flip side to the 'issues not updating bug': instead of being updated zero times per update, nations with the population bug are updated two times. This means they gain population at twice the rate of other nations, receive twice as many issues as they request, and, if they are UN members, are doubly affected by UN resolutions. When we're sure we've got this bug squished, we'll run a job to scale back everyone's population to where it should have been, so it's only a temporary boost.


Hence the ealier comment on four issues a day.

I rushed off, and made Feline.

v1.1 is November 20, 2002.
v1.2 is November 27, 2002.

I dont know where I fit in that but here is my submission, I was actually founded on january 25 but forum problems kept my date from locking in till the one yousee over there.

also Josovich I think ceased to exist at soem point hence his date may be messed up, he was 4.07 billion last night before teh andromeda strain hit us.

I applaud you for taking the time to make this list, but should we honor seniority or countries who make a difference?

It might do well for some of the younger players if you put the dates that these versions started so they know when these nations were made.
