If you mean the physical region in nation states. . . .
1) Click the "The World" link on the right of the screen when looking at your nation.
2 (Scroll down and at the very bottom you will find two boxes where you can enter text.
3) In the one marked "Find Region" type in the name.
4) Click the button and take a look at the region.
