My National Animal

17-02-2004, 04:45
My national Animal is the Kitty Cat, a Domesticated Animal that would not be hurt by a totally pro business government such as mine. I dont know if this is the right place to put it, but you should be able to choose if your animal is Domesticated or not, because Cats/pigs/cows/dogs would not be on the brink of extinction in such economies.

Your animal should only be on the brink of extinction if you make decisions that would be applicable to animals that aren't domesticated (does that make sense?). For example, you say your animal is protected, so you probably wouldn't have it be edible. Also, environmental decisions can affect your animal population.

Pope Hope is very protective of our mourning doves as well, so I understand where you are coming from. :)

My national animal, the Giant Mutated Ant, prospers ONLY in harsh conditions. They especially enjoy radiation.

You see, our great country doesnt care about unimportant animals such as tigers and bears, but since kitty cats have a very useful purpose (being pet) they are kept indoors, and out of the polluted skies around tomarkia. The Kitty Cat population is thriving, no matter what the summary of my country says.

Issue #86 has to do with animal domestication - you just have to wait until you get that issue. I know its annoying - our national animal is the French Bulldog is also a domestic animal and should not be on the brink of extinction either but we just got to sit and wait.

PS - Hope this was helpful.

our national animal the tree dwelling goldfish has recently been approved for biological warefare against our own people because we can

Our national animal is the black wolf, but, much as Pope Hope, we are very protective of it and the forests in which it lives, so we won't have to worry about its extinction anytime soon.

The issue raised about a feather-bellied black wolf, however, did seem a little bit on the ridiculous side

Our national animal is the Belgian Waffle, the only animal made of chocolate in the world. It has no mouth, no eyes, no nose, no tail and no-one has ever seen it move, but hey... it's quite tasty.

Lamedos's national animal is the Giraffe. Yes, deforrestation has pushed it to the brink, they eat trees 'n' stuff. But its a symbolic thing, does it really matter whether or not it roams free outside of our zoos!

The best national animal is THE RAVEN!!!!!!!!! 8)

now i quoth the raven "nevermore"

I cant see how my animal is on the brink of extinction. I thought our great country had no endangered species. either there are a lot of them (kitty cats, chickens, cows, pigs, etc) or we got rid of their worthless excuse for a species.

My national animal is the human clone, which in the past had been hunted near extinction, but we have been reintroducing them into the wild in an effort to bring them back to their former numbers (of course that doesn't matter much, if they all die off we can always clone more).
