I don't want to run afoul of any Godmodding so I would like to pose a question about a weapons system I have been thinking of. It is a weapon system unlike any conventional system, it is in fact a weapon of frightening destructive powers. If it is not within the realm of technical possibility in the real world today, it is not so far off to be "technically" possible. I don't really want to give away what it is. It is not a BIG NOOKZ OF D00M OMFGROLFLOLOL, it is not a laser, it is not a chemical or bio weapon. It *is* a kinetic weapon which should be able to hit a city size target and essentially leave a big smoking hole in the ground.

I have never done any kind of RP before and I wanted to get some things clear before I threw down the gauntlet against a friend of mine who also has a nation here.

Any input or help would be appreciated.
