Possible to have two nations?

Hello; Greetings to you all.

I am new to this game, and I am wondering (since the information in the FAQ is rather two-edged): is it illegal to have two nations on the same IP-address? Hope some one's got the answer to this!

I think you can have more than one nation, but you can only have one nation in the UN.
