I'm looking for a challenge.

What would people say is the hardest region to infiltrate (aside from regions requiring RPing skill)?

Qaaol...I know you're trying to infiltrate Nasicournia, but what exactly in this thread do you mean by "infiltrate?"

Nasicournia is extremely hard to infiltrate. We often will let suspicious characters in, just to see how they act and what they give away--and only if they jump through all of our security hoops first. In fact, several spies we've let in have left in frustration because they gather nothing useful from their entry into Nasi. We document and cross-check everything, and spies never get access to sensitive intel. It's much easier to pick up spies in Nasicournia than it is in the ADN, which is why I'm more careful there. Further, in Nasicournia the passwords are often changed immediately upon entry of new nations, as one prime goal of spies is to gain the password to our region.

I am also an Intelligence Operative, and I classify "infiltrate" as not only getting into a region or organization that you wish to gather information from, but also climbing up the ranks, gaining access to classified information, etc. Nasicournia does not allow this of our suspicious characters--yet another benefit of forums that use masking techniques. Likewise I run the ADN forums with the same mindset. In fact, there spies can be a great asset, because they usually give so much more away than they ever glean from what they are allowed to see...assuming that what they find isn't planted information. ;)

So...do you think that just because a region or organization lets you in means that you have infiltrated that region or org? If not, you know I'll happily accept your challenge. It would be a great exercise for both of us. 8)

MTNG too is probably a frustrating place for a spy to be. Not only is the leadership a very wary and exclusive elite, but we happily spend two or three weeks at a time making small talk, voting in the UN and doing nothing at all, then fighting a battle somewhere at short notice and going back to doing not much the next day. If anyone out there is spying on us, given our success rate, it does seem that they are not accomplishing much.

EDIT: And Qaa does have a puppet or two in our region. All friendly, I hope.

the Fark regions .

Nahh, just to get a puppet in.

I don't try to get my puppets high in the ranks covertly, and almost never overtly (I tried to get my MTGN puppet asccess to the LUE Forum in the war category when I helped to take it over with Qaaolchhoura and got them the password {and was ignored  } but elsewise my puppets are minor In fact the only region which I do not contol yet vie for influence in is Lazarus, and my control of Zab is no secret). I prefer to just watch.

And as for whether I have a puppet, or two or none in Nasi, I am not going to tell you Pope Hope, for as you mentioned, you have enough immigration control to make it guessable.

TG, I do have a puppet in MTGN, I assume that you already know it, as I vitually told you. :P

the Fark regions .
You're kidding.

I'd have thought that those would be easy to infiltrate.

The Farks are the best region invaders by far, took me awhile to fight them out of the United States last time only to have them comeback.

I know that they are headed by Ackbar with Nothingg, and Archituseus(sp?) in high places.

I know that they found NS primarily through a (I think) pornography website called Fark.com.

They frequently invade regions in extended raids.

They love hippos and belong to Loops [team advantage].

They are proud of being crashers and long for and invader mod but feel that it is impossible as several of the mods-- they believe are biased against them for crashing mod regions.

They openly discuss a lot of things on their civil HQ (including some plans to raid regions), although I rarely bother to read it.

I dare you to infiltrate Militantatopia. You would have a full-scale military invasion force in your country so quickly your head would spin.

Given the history of failed attacks against it, I would say the Pacific is the hardest to infiltrate.....successfully anyway.

Evility?

That is hard, but not impossible
