ATENTION, ATENTION
The Republican Iberia has proposed a resolution that will give an oportunity for everyone to become delegates of a/our region. This is the proposal that The Empire of Republican Iberia has made:
No NATION shall be elected as DELEGATE more than twice, and no NATION who been DELEGATE, or acted as DELEGATE, for more than a two months of a term to which some other NATION was elected DELEGATE shall be elected as so more than once. But this RESOLUTION shall not apply to any person that is DELEGATE of a region when this RESOLUTION was passed by the UN, and shall not prevent any NATION who may be DELEGATE of a region, or acting as DELEGATE, during the term within which this RESOLUTION becomes operative from holding the possition of DELEGATE or acting as DELEGATE during the remainder of such term.
