Looking For Experienced Invader and New Members

I'm looking for an invader who knows about invading and the difference between invading and griefing.
It is for Evility, i have taken over delegacy and i am keen to return it is to its former glory.
So please post here if you know one, or am someone i'm looking for.
Also i am looking for new members, have to have low civil rights and political freedoms. Government positions are being handed out to those who want to help.
