I think it would be almost impossible to invade a region, if the founder of such region has made it clear that the UN delegate cannot have access to the Control of the region. If the UN delegate does have access, then you simply enter the region, and get enough votes to become the UN delegate, then eject the founder, and you have taken over. Of course this is against the game rules, and it wouldn't work in my region, because I will not give regional control access to the UN delegate
NSAA: - The bumping has been going for over a few weeks - its not spamming. I have just bumped it when I have updated the site. If I were kicked off for spamming I would defend myself as neccessary
