Ae you tired of not knowing what is going on? Are you scared of invaders or defence groups? Would you like a heads up on whether you are about to be invaded or on whether that small region is as big as it looks?
If you can say yes to any or all of these, you need intelligence.
We need spies.
We at Imperial Council are looking for people to join us to form an intelligence network. If you are a UN member an are interested get in touch with me. If you are in control of a region and wish to share intelligence, get in touch. No region or nation too big or too small.

Actully im head of an intelligence department in my region and it has been workings wonders for my region it does work

If you are interested in understanding how to maximize your spying in NationStates, I suggest looking at the RPU course on intelligence taught by yours truly.
The other courses are great too, mind you.
