I still can't figure out what a nation state can do besides decide "issues." How do I cut taxes? How do I raise an army? How do I do anything besides decide "issues" and post to the forum?
If this posts multiple times, I apologize. When I click the "Submit" button, I get a "This page cannot be displayed" message, and when I refresh THAT, I get a "No post specified" message. So I try again. I'm looking for the acceptance message.
