I was thinking... What do people feel would be a militaristic nation whit complusary military nations draft rate, in % of the population that is.

Also i must have become blind or it is no longer, but isnt there a thread with the list of all economical sthrenghts? ive forgot wich is the strongest, weakest etc...

And 1% in peace time. That is, ruled by the department of defence.

But the latter is, of course, totally subjective.
