It's not evil, it's legal. You get one vote per IP, per day.

I recall that when I was younger, I found apoll allowing unlimited votes, and sat there voting all day, until the results were exactly as I wanted them, and with so many votes that short of another rigger, they would stay that way.

Nah, looks like 30 is just a big cut off line (31st has .49% ... and I'd assume they've gained a bit since you posted that).
