Im not sure. but as far as the info iv got, you cant, its all role play, meaning you can send nukes and stuff even though you cant actually get them in your nation

R.P Storefront in International Incidents forum or the NationStates forum learn about how to do good R.P in Role Play University...(i'd go for that) :)
So we can learn how to write about starting wars. sounds fun i suppose :)
I kept asking this and no one replied!
There's all this stuff of the NationStates home page that explains how to play the game. Basicaly it's all imaginary so if you say you have 2700000000 super nukes to sell then you do!
As for war if you're in the U.N. and can persuade your region to mount a campaign (all move to other region and snatch the post of U.N. delegate) then feel free. But you can't distroy or expell the nations that were there before, you may be able to but it's not allowed and the mods will get angry!
Anyone who's an old hand at this please correct any mistakes i've made in this, i'm still learning.
