There are several things in this game I don't get. Below, a bulleted list of them:
-Declaring War: What good reasons are there to declare war in this game since noone can effect your nation but you. And also, assuming you take part in a war, how do you know who wins? How do you count each sides casualties and the outcome?
-Military:I saw a board with different nation's armies and what they had. How do you decide what you have and how much of each? I see this as ignorant, but maybe that is just me. This question mainly links back to the whole DECLARING WAR question.
Thanks for any help you guys.
