Nations should be able to change their decisions on the "Outstanding Issues" which they are provided. Not only would this provide for more flexibility and stability, but it would also serve to eliminate clumsy errors from their policy decisions. A nation could, by mistake, click on the wrong option, and then suffer the consequences. This option would enable all nations to look through a log of their decisions and be able to amend them. Not only that, but a nation should have the ability to revist its policy.

Maybe the game could have a specified period once a month or week,
in which policy decisions could be revisted.
