What was your first UN Category? I was a New York Times Democracy. :P

Location: The North Pacific
The Republic of Goobergunchia is a tiny, socially progressive nation, notable for its strong anti-business politics. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 5 million are free to do what they want with their own bodies, and vote for whoever they like in elections; if they go into business, however, they are regulated to within an inch of their lives.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it is mainly concerned with Social Welfare, although Healthcare and Education are on the agenda. The average income tax rate is 54%, and even higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Information Technology.

Crime is well under control. Goobergunchia's national animal is the beagle, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the gunch.

Democratic Socialist. then i went through a long faze of being corrupt dictatorship-father knows best state on again of again. then the people prevailed and the dictatorship fell. then i kept going through left leaning college state-scandanavian liberal paradise on again, off again. with a few days at inoffensive centrist democracy.

My first UN Category was Liberal Democratic Socialists.

I then became Democratic Socialists and then Corrupt Dictatorship as I thought that banning vote-buying and making democracy compulsatory raised political freedoms. I did not figure it out until long after the fact. I then became Iron Fisted Socialist, Scandanavian Liberal Paradise, Left-Leaning Colledge State, Inoffensive Centrist Democracy, then back to LLCS.

My nation began as the supremely common Inoffensive Centrist Democracy.

I then switched to the Left-Leaning College State and Scandinavian Liberal Paradise with the occasional Civil Rights Lovefest, Democratic Socialists, and Centrism once again. I did once end up with Iron-Fist Socialism, but I was quick to change that before the day was over. On Dec. 24, I managed to reach my current goal of Left-Wing Utopia, which I plan not to change for an extremely long time.

I was, as I am now, an inoffensive democracy. I've also been "Democratic Socialists" and "New York Times Democracy" for short periods of time.

I was a Father Knows Best State. That changed to a Psychotic Dictatorship, but that was soon rectified, and it has returned to Father Knows Best again! heheheh

My original nation was a Democratic Socialist. I then worked it to Liberal Democratic Socialist, then New York Times Democracy, and I sort of lost track after that.

New People (not my first but pretty much my main) is a Left-Wing Utopia with a Frightening economy. Because that's a kickass description I stopped tinkering with issues on this nation.

i don't remember what i was first
but i think i was scandenavian liberal paradise more often then anything else for the first three weeks at least, occasionaly showing up as civil rights love fest and even one time making world benchmark in that catigory.
may even have initialy started out as anarchy.
hadn't realized that the game kept chainging them or that they were dependent on it, and really freeked out when after seeing nothing but the above, opened the page one day to find i'd fallen suddenly to corrupt dictatorship in one fell swoop.

I started off as a Moralistic Democracy. Then I was an Iron Fist Consumerist, and I am now and have been for quite sometime a Father Knows Best State, the best there is :twisted:. - Emperor Crossman

I know what you're talking about. It's Corporate Police State. One of my puppet nations is one of those.

I was a Corperate Police State, now I'm a Compusurary Comsumerists State (and I like it there).

For a long time, I was an ICD, then I moved up to LLCS. I had a few days as a SLP, followed by a few days as Capitalizt (jumped over LLCS :P), and since then I've been LLCS.

Same. But since then, I became centrist in both NationStates and my real world views.
